SJEC always focusing on technology innovation. Since 1997, SJEC had applied for 400 patents, among which over 121 invention patents. SJEC enlisted and compiled 18 national standard of elevator and escalator. SJEC already set up R&D Center & Engineering Center, in addition SJEC set up Base of Industry-Study-Research cooperated with Xi'an Transportation University and Soochow University.
